Some venues provide the ceremony at the same location as the reception. eg. Gazebo, Garden Area etc. Outdoor ceremony music can be provided but the booking time must be extended to cover from the beginning of the ceremony rather than the start of the reception.

I’m more than happy to MC for you as well as DJ. I do not charge for this added value service. Some venues provide their own MC or couples may wish to organise a family member or friend to MC. Would you like me to MC for you as well?
Outdoor Speaker & Cordless Microphone
Would you like me to play music at the ceremony as well? Background music, walking down the isle, signing the certificates, leaving the ceremony? Just remember to make the booking from the start of the ceremony not just the reception.
Video/Slideshow Projector & Screen Hire
My projector can be connected to a notebook or a USB stick for any video or slideshow presentations you may have. Would you like to hire my projector and 100″ screen hire for an additional $200?

BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the balance is to be paid in full before the event date. You will be contacted with the details after you make your selection. Surcharges apply to all non-cash payments or cover transaction processing costs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A deposit of 25% of the total fee is required upon making a confirmed booking. Deposits are not refundable if the booking is cancelled or there is a change of date. The balance of the fee is required to be paid in full before the event date. Failure to do so may result in breach of contract and termination of services.

2. Payments may be paid in Cash, Direct Debit, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit Transfer, PayID, PayPal, Bitcoin or Zip Pay. A minimum surcharge of 1% applies to all non-cash payments. Full details can be found on the Prices page on the website.

3. Any special music requirements must be finalized at the latest 1 week prior to the event date to allow sufficient preparation time. If custom or ethnic music is required for the event, then it must be supplied preferably as 320Bit MP3 either on USB before the start of the event or shared via email, DropBox or Google Drive before the day so that it be checked for quality and useability. I cannot guarantee inclusion of all requests if I am not notified in advance. Please check my latest songlist on the Music to see if I already have your requests on hand.

4. Meals, Drinks, Seating and Car Parking are to be provided for the DJ for the duration of the event. Please check with your venue to make any special arrangements. There are no special dietary requirements.

5. I have your permission to take photos and/or videos for promotional and advertising purposes on this website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.

6. Access to the venue must be provided at least one hour prior to the event start to allow sufficient time to setup. Adequate floor space must also be provided for the audio & lighting equipment. Approx 2x2m preferably in front of the dancefloor and 1 standard power point is sufficient. Please advise if there are any issues with access such as stairs, lifts, confined spaces etc where additional setup time may be required. Don’t forget to allow adequate space for the dancefloor too!
